Thank you for shopping with Denis Studio&Lab. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, prepare, and ship orders placed through our online store.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide.
Please note that some countries may have import restrictions, customs requirements, or shipping limitations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered products can be legally imported into the destination country.
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 10 business days after payment has been received.
For personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products, processing times may be longer. Production times may vary depending on the type of item, customization requested, and current order volume.
Processing time and shipping time are separate:
- Processing time = time needed to prepare or create your order
- Shipping time = time needed for the carrier to deliver your order after dispatch
3. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country, local postal services, customs procedures, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- customs inspections or import procedures;
- weather conditions;
- carrier delays;
- peak seasons or holidays;
- incomplete or incorrect shipping details;
- events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
The total shipping cost will be shown before you complete your order.
5. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, and other local charges may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Denis Studio&Lab is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
6. Order Confirmation and Shipment Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Denis Studio&Lab is not responsible for delivery issues, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses;
- unclaimed packages;
- refusal of delivery by the customer;
- failure to respond to customs or courier requests.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

- order number;
- a description of the issue;
- photos, where relevant.
We will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier and finding a suitable solution. However, once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, delivery operations are managed by the shipping provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
9. Personalized and Made-to-Order Items
Please note that personalized or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time before shipment.
Because these products are created specifically for the customer, orders for such items cannot usually be cancelled once production has started.
